Adoption Info

Wait List: We occasionally facilitate adoptions of cats and kittens (via our cattery or sometimes via refer to other catteries/ rescues). We interview people in advance, in order to curate a list of committed and suitable homes.  Apply Here.

Contact List: We send our contact list (infrequent) group email updates regarding litters, awards etc.

Adoption Location: Adoptions occur on our Central Virginia front porch, a public cat show, or at a safe, mutually agreeable location within reasonable driving distance.

Qualifications: Adopters must demonstrate their ability to afford animal care, to provide a suitable home, and embrace bengal antics. Bengals do best with regular interaction and on a balanced, no-carb meat diet.

Cattery Model: We do not profit from animals (quite the opposite). We are hobbyists who cherish the breed.

Shipping: We do not have products to ship. We are not a business. When we facilitate zero-profit adoptions we do so in person.

Cattery Visits: For human and animal safety reasons, we cannot accommodate casual public visitors. If we do not personally know you, we suggest meeting at a public cat show.

Allergy Warning: All cat breeds, including hairless breeds and hypoallergenic breeds may trigger allergy symptoms in humans. Please do not adopt a cat if you have severe cat allergies. That decision would be fair to you and the cat. Some mild allergy sufferers claim they can better tolerate glittered brown bengals, relative to other types of cats.

Breeding Rights: We seldom release breeding or show animals. Our website content applies only to pet adoptions. All litters are TICA registered. Some cats are also CFA registered.

Ongoing support: We are happy to field occasional questions from fellow cat enthusiasts. However, we have full time jobs and we cannot provide extensive support throughout an animal’s life. Cat adopters are encouraged to purchase pet insurance and to seek out veterinary or behavioral help for their pets as required. Those desiring extensive support are encouraged to identify a behaviorist, veterinarian, or professional breeder.
